Is it legal to scan a listing? Do you access my Seller account?+
The free scan reads only the public product page, the same thing any shopper sees. No login, no OAuth. The optional connected audit uses Amazon’s official Selling Partner API, which you authorize yourself and can revoke anytime. Either way we only ever read; nothing on your listing changes. Fixes are handed to you to paste into Seller Central.
Why does a connected audit show different results than the free scan?+
Because it can finally read the fields that live in your Seller Central account. GPSR data (EU Responsible Person, manufacturer, safety attestation) and your EPR status are not on the public page, so a free scan cannot see them and never flags them as missing. Connect, and we read the real backend fields over Amazon’s API for a definitive pass or fail. The delta is us reading more, not changing our mind.
What does monitoring actually do?+
On a plan, every ASIN you add is re-scanned on a schedule. When an EU rule changes, a required field goes missing, or a score slips, you get an alert with the exact gap and a one-click fix, before Amazon acts on it.
Is GPSR / EU compliance real, or are you manufacturing urgency?+
It is real and dated. GPSR applies since 13 December 2024 and requires a named EU Responsible Person; a missing one is a documented takedown trigger. Germany’s EPR (LUCID, WEEE) and France’s Triman / UIN are separate, enforceable obligations, with fines up to €100k in Germany, €30k in France and €1.75M in Spain for serious cases. Next up: PPWR packaging rules apply 12 August 2026, a producer number is expected on offers, and marketplaces must verify EPR.
Does this replace Helium10 or Jungle Scout?+

Do you guarantee my listing will not be suspended?+
No, and distrust any tool that does. Suspension is Amazon’s call alone. We surface the gaps that raise your risk, name the exact rule, and hand you the exact fix so you reduce exposure. A risk-indicator and a remedy, not an insurance policy.
