New paying customers only. The client must accept your invitation while signed in, before their first subscription. First accepted invitation wins; no tracking cookie. Self-referrals and accounts you own or control are excluded.
20% of eligible subscription revenue for 12 months from the first subscription start. Tax, discounts, refunds, chargebacks and fraudulent transactions are excluded. Estimates may be adjusted. No commission is due on unpaid or refunded customer revenue.
Commissions are reviewed after 30 days. Monthly manual settlement after validation and receipt of valid billing and payment details. Each currency is accounted for separately. The partner is responsible for applicable taxes and invoicing obligations.
